- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on your city.
- Remote areas may take a little longer.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery
- Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most areas of Pakistan — you'll see this option at checkout if it's available for your address.
- We may run free-delivery promotions on selected products or order values from time to time.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, tracking details are shared by email or SMS where available.
- You can use the provided tracking number to follow your order's progress.
5. Delays in Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier or logistics partners
- Weather conditions
