Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through Toyora. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or broken. To qualify for a claim:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear unboxing video and/or photos must be provided as proof
  • The damage must be verified by our support team

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements are not provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor packaging damage with no damage to the toy itself
  • Products that have been used or altered after delivery
  • Claims made after the 48-hour reporting window

3. Refund / Replacement Options

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
  • A refund to your original payment method, or to your Cash on Delivery details on file

The final decision is based on product availability and case verification.

4. Proof of Damage

To process any claim, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • An unboxing video showing the condition on arrival
  • Your order details (Order ID, name, and contact information)

Claims without sufficient proof may be declined.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds or replacements are processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
